Class begins with a warm-up to strengthen and tone the body followed by a stretch. Students are introduced to isolations, floor work, and across-the-floor movement. Students learn hip-hop choreography with the use of isolations, technique, breakdown, and fun routines to the music of underground and popular hip-hop, house, R&B, and electronica. Dress: You can wear loose-fitting clothes (e.g. tank tops, t-shirts, shorts, sweats, yoga pants). Shoes: clean, non-marking sneakers/tennis shoes. Shoes shouldn't be worn outside (only for dance).
